This kit prices initial services and plan visits for a base home plus a step for every extra 1,000 sq ft, one-time treatments, rodent inspections, snap traps, exterior bait stations and station service, trap check visits, sealing small gaps, screening vents and larger openings, door sweeps and garage door seals, droppings cleanup, wasp and hornet nests, ant and spider spot treatments, cockroach and flea treatments from your own numbers. It adds a fast-response surcharge, an access uplift for crawlspaces, attics, large lots or commercial sites, travel, a plan discount and a deposit, and shows the profit on every job after truck, equipment and overhead.

It is made for US pest control owner-operators and small crews, and for handyman, home service and wildlife businesses that add rodent control and sealing work in the fall and winter. The spreadsheet does the math. List each area on the Quote tab and it counts the entry points to seal, flags the areas that need work and counts the extra square footage above your base price. The printable forms walk each home with a numbered drawing of common entry points, quote it with three options, run the visit from a work order and a service checklist with a trap and station record, and leave the client a service report with the products used and a thank-you card. The Clients tab tracks home size, pests on record, stations and no-treat areas, service plans, renewal dates and next service dates, so you can see who is due this month. Every form has green fields for your business details and a dashed box for your logo. The design is warm off-white, charcoal and deep green, and it also prints well in grayscale.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the files from Etsy after purchase.
2. Open the .xlsx in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice and replace the example tech cost, equipment cost, product costs, margin, base home size and plan prices with your own.
3. Add your business details to the PDFs in a PDF editor that edits text, or import them into Canva or Google Docs.
4. Print the forms you need and keep them in the truck.
