HOW TO USE IT
1. Open the EXAMPLE workbook to see a finished kitchen job.
2. In the blank workbook, fill in Company Setup and Labor Rates once.
3. Save a copy for each job: estimate, quote, then log costs and changes.
4. Check the Dashboard weekly.

WHAT YOU NEED
Microsoft Excel (Windows or Mac). No macros. Google Sheets and Numbers can open the files but may show some features differently.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Yellow cells are for typing; grey cells calculate. Nothing is locked.
- One job per file. Not a payroll, bookkeeping or multi-job system.
- All numbers in the images and the example file are fictional.
- Digital download only. Nothing is shipped.
