Wedding Seating Chart Template, Guest Names Typeset for You, Old Money Ivory Find Your Seat Cards and Sign, 18x24 24x36

I made this seating chart so your guests walk up, find their name in a heartbeat and feel looked after before the first toast. I designed it with olive branches, a laurel crest and a thin double gold border in soft gold on ivory, the quiet kind of elegance that never goes out of style.
You get 18x24 and 24x36 boards, table cards, a Find Your Seat sign and a guest list template, and I type every guest name for you, up to 150 guests included.

Want it done for you? Add your details in the personalization box and I'll typeset everything and send your files within 24 hours, at no extra cost.

WHAT YOU GET
- Seating chart board 18x24 (15 tables) and 24x36 (24 tables), fillable PDF so you can type the names yourself
- Table cards 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 for tables 1 to 30, with names you can type in
- Find Your Seat sign in 8x10, 18x24 and 24x36
- Guest list template (Excel + CSV) to fill in and send to me
- Done for you: every guest name typeset on the board (by table or A to Z) and on every table card, up to 150 guests included (151 to 300 guests is the larger option)

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download your files from your Etsy purchases page right after you buy.
2. Type your names into the fillable board, or send me your names, date, venue and guest list (name + table) by Etsy message.
3. Print the board, table cards and sign, set them on an easel and enjoy the calm at your entrance.

DONE FOR YOU, WITH A CAP THAT KEEPS IT FAST
Send me your names, date, venue and your guest list, and I typeset every name on the board, by table or A to Z, and on every table card. Your files arrive within 24 hours. You get 2 free edit rounds, each back within 24 hours. After that it's $3 a round. Nothing is ever locked inside an app you have to learn.

PRINTING TIPS
Print the boards at 100% (Actual size) at a print shop on matte or satin poster paper, or foam board for an easel. Table cards print beautifully on smooth matte cardstock, 80 to 110 lb. Pick the size your easel holds: 18x24 for a small entrance, 24x36 for a big welcome.

GOOD TO KNOW
Can I type the names myself? Yes. The fillable PDF lets you type right in, no extra software needed.
Can I send changes later? Yes, that is what your 2 free edit rounds are for, like a late plus-one or a swapped table.
What if I have more than 150 guests? Choose the larger option for 151 to 300 guests.
Can I order A to Z instead of by table? Yes, just tell me which you prefer when you send the list.
I'll set your names so guests find their table fast.
Why does the typing look like a typewriter? The fillable fields use a standard typewriter-style italic font so they work on any computer. The script lettering you see in the photos is what I set for you when you send your details, and it is included in the price.
This is a digital download, so nothing is shipped. If anything isn't right with your files, message me and I'll make it right.

This is part of my Old Money Ivory wedding collection, with olive branches, a laurel crest and a thin double gold border, so every piece on your day looks like it belongs together.

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your wedding. With love, Dear Forever
