Highlights

  • Designed by ThextonLabs
  • Digital download
  • Digital file type(s): 4 PDF

Run a brilliant awards ceremony at the work Christmas party. 40 ready-made award certificates plus everything you need to nominate, vote and present them. Type your team name once, add the winners, print and you're done.

What makes it different: most office award printables are just a stack of certificates. This is the whole ceremony. There are nomination slips, ballots where you type the awards once and they fill in everywhere, a tally sheet, sealed winner reveal cards and a compere script you can read out on the night. The awards are kind by design: 16 heartfelt thank-yous and 24 gentle fun ones about things everyone does (the tea round, the printer, being on mute). None of them are about looks or age, so nobody goes home feeling picked on.

WHAT'S INSIDE (30 pages)
- Host's guide: a 3-week timeline, ground rules that keep it fun, a 25-minute running order and tips for small and remote teams
- Award menu: all 40 awards with what each one is for, plus the page number of its certificate
- Compere script with fill-in lines, from the welcome to the closing toast
- Nomination slips (6 per page)
- Voting ballots for up to 10 awards (type the awards once, they fill both ballots and the tally sheet)
- Vote tally sheet with room for 16 awards and 3 nominees each
- Winner reveal cards to fold and seal in envelopes (8)
- 16 heartfelt award certificates, including Unsung Hero, Above and Beyond, Kindness Award, Mentor of the Year and Rookie of the Year
- 24 light-hearted award certificates, including Tea Round Champion, Printer Whisperer, Inbox Hero, Spreadsheet Wizard and Christmas Jumper Champion
- 4 blank certificates where you type your own award name
- Two certificate designs: cream and gold, and navy and gold
