A family bank for up to 4 children. Type in each child's weekly pocket money once, and every pay day it's added for you and split into their Spend, Save and Give jars. Chores pay from your own price list, birthday money and spending go in one simple log, and each child gets savings goals with a progress bar and the date they'll reach it.

Most pocket money charts are printables you fill in by hand every week, and it's easy to lose track of who's owed what. This spreadsheet does the adding up: it knows how many pay days have passed, what each chore was worth, and how much is in every jar right now. Kids can see their savings grow week by week on their own bank-style statement, which is the bit they love.

- Money Log: 500 rows for birthday and Christmas money, tooth fairy, selling old toys, spending, giving to a good cause and moving money between jars. Pick Split to share money between the jars the usual way
- Savings Goals: up to 3 goals per child, filled in order, each with a progress bar and a ready-by date
- Weekly Statement: pick a child for a week-by-week statement with a stacked chart of their jars

HOW IT WORKS
- Download the files from your Etsy Purchases page
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets
- Excel: just open it (Excel 2010 or later, Windows or Mac, or Excel for the web)
- Type in the cream cells. Everything else updates on its own
- A Quick Start PDF walks you through setup in 5 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW
- Plain formulas only: no macros, no add-ins, no subscriptions
- Formula cells are locked so you can't break them by accident (no password, so you can unlock and customise)
- Apple Numbers and LibreOffice aren't officially supported
