TWO WAYS TO PRACTISE

• Eyes open: mindful movement, balance, coordination, posture and awareness of your surroundings.

• Eyes closed: gentle breathing, sensory awareness, emotions, needs, intentions and inner imagery.

You can keep your eyes open throughout. Clear mental images and definite answers are not required.

Each PDF contains 12 pages with nine cards per page. Fronts and backs alternate for double-sided printing.
