Do you make an item in a larger or small size other than what you advertise in your listing?

Depending on the item, I will try to accommodate your request. Sometimes items are not able to be made differently than what is offered. If contacted prior to order, I will be able to provide you the answer to this question depending on the item. Please see my sizing explanation in frequent questions also.

Will I be able to receive my order by a specific time?

In each of my listings, I have tried to place a "Creation Time" section in the description. All of my items are "made to order". The time mentioned in this section is an approximate time for a single item to be made. If you should order more than one item, then you should multiply the time mentioned by the number of items you order to get an idea of when you will be receiving. Holiday targeted items. Because it takes time to create the item, I recommend ordering the item well before the date you actually need it by. These items tend to be best selling items where others have also ordered in abundance. For example,my turkey beanie takes approximate 2 or 3 days to create. Order the first wk of Nov in order to receive by Thanksgiving.

Custom and personalized orders

I will review custom and personalize orders requests. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable. I will be able to add names to very few items but not all items. The length of the name, for instance, will be considered for the particular item you're interested in. If you request a particular design on an item, I will work with you to try and find the perfect design you are looking for. If I'm not completely clear on your idea, I may request for you to send me a picture of the design and I'll consider if I'll be able to accommodate your request.If a specific yarn color is requested, be specific on the name of the color and yarn brand. Colors are tricky with so many different cameras or photos.

I try for hard to supply my customers with all the care instructions in my listing. If you would have a specific question regarding how to care for your purchase, please feel free to contact me prior to performing any care to your item and I'll do my best to find the answer if I don't already have the answer. IMPORTANT: MOST of my items are made with 100% acrylic yarn. This type of yarn CANNOT be ironed, dry cleaned or used with bleach. Some items recommend hand washing versus machine washing or air drying versus machine drying. Depending on the item, my recommendations have proven for me to be the best way to care for that item due to the results I have experienced personally.

Do you offer custom sizing and how do I know the size fits?

Depending on the item,I try very hard to place all item sizing dimensions in my listings so my customers receive and order exactly what they need. I recommend measuring the recipient in the measurements noted prior to ordering to ensure the size fits properly. If this isn't completed, then the size you order may be incorrect. Sizing details listed in my listings are based on average overall sizes for that size. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding sizing prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact me to find the answer before ordering. I will do my best to guide you to what size you should order based on your specific information. I want to make sure you are completely happy with the item you want to purchase.

What happens if a customer fails to read the listing and omits important information that is needed to begin or complete the order?

If you place an order where specific information is requested on the order form, and it is not submitted with the order, it can cause delays in creating your order. I will reach out to you a total of three separate days requesting this important information. If I do not receive a response after three days of messages, I reserve the right to continue to make the item as I believe you would like, or I may cancel and refund your order and you'll need to reorder again if necessary.

What happens when my yarn color needs to be ordered or no longer available?

Yarn manufacturers discontinue colors all the time without notice or some colors that are available may only be available if I need to order online for it. If you order one of these colors, I will definitely try to contact you to make you aware of your options. If the yarn you choose has been discontinued, you will be able to choose another available yarn color or request a refund. If you choose a yarn color where I will have to special order online to receive it prior to creating your order, you may choose a different available color or choose to wait for the color to be ordered and received. If I need to order, this may cause delay in shipping times depending on when I receive the ordered yarn.

Describe your brand and what makes it stand out above the competition

I would describe my brand as one that is home made unique in style and design and in some cases unusual. But these are products that people love and have enjoyed since I've begun to crochet and sell it online. For example, my water cooler covers and my car head rest covers have been particularly popular because they offer customers something different than what they can find in the big box stores and in some cases online. I turn their thoughts and design into reality.

Why did you start crocheting?

I began crocheting in 2013 right after my boyfriend passed away. It was recommended by a family member to try and take my mind off of everything and to calm my grief. When I started, I made simple things but soon found that I wanted to learn and make different things that were more challenging. I did research on how to make different stitches and get the look that I wanted and then I applied each new thing I learned to my own creations. I began by only making items that I could use or my family could use. But so many people started noticing these items when they were worn and recommended that I begin selling online so others could also buy these items. It's been very successful for me and makes my retirement happy.

If a customer would request to cancel an order, after numerous attempts by the shop owner to reach the customer,, will I be refunded the entire amount charged for my purchase?

You have 12 hours from the time and date of purchase to cancel an order. Due to extensive refund procedures and fees incurred to shop owners, after 12 hours has passed, I will no longer issue refunds or cancellations.

This Wild West Cowboy/girl 5 piece outfit consists of Hat, Boots, Vest, Diaper Cover, Chaps and Suspenders. Perfect for photo shoots or Halloween costumes. The diaper cover has reinforced button and hook and loop fastenings to make changing much quicker and chaps can be removed in those warmer days. The chaps are completely removable so you can use the diaper cover and suspenders alone if you'd like. You also have your choice of boot emblems with or without spurs.

MATERIALS: 100% soft non-allergenic Acrylic yarn 4-ply, suspender clips. This yarn is very soft as to not irritate baby's skin and usually acrylic is less likely to be allergic, plastic covered wire with connector in brim of hat.

COLORS: Primary Color is the Vest, Chaps and Hat Band Color. Trim Color is the Main Hat, Diaper Cover Color, Vest trim and emblem color. Spur band will always be medium gray and spurs will be light silver gray.

BOOT APPLIQUE CHOICE: Please refer to the personalization area to make your boot emblem choice. Boot emblem will be the color chosen for your trim color. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash in cold water. DO NOT BLEACH, DRYCLEAN or IRON. Handwash Hat and Shoes, reshape and let air dry. Fabric softener or sheets are recommended to maintain softness. IMPORTANT NOTE: After creation, most items will pre-washed prior to shipping to remove any sizing that may be on the yarn used. I launder in Dreft (New baby safe, unscented and non-allergenic liquid detergent) and machine dried with ALL fabric softener dryer sheets for sensitive skin, free and clear of scents). If you would NOT like me to pre-wash items at all prior to shipping, please add a note in the order form with this request or message me.
