Does it work on Mac? Yes, in Excel for Mac. Google Sheets? Yes, import the .xlsx (steps in the PDF). Phone or tablet? Viewing and light edits work in the Excel or Sheets apps; planning is easier on a computer. Apple Numbers opens the file but some formatting and drop-downs may change. Can I use today's date? Yes: the sample data is set in October 2026 (planner date on Settings B9; the Dashboard shows it), clear the Planner date cell on Settings and the planner uses today. More than 12 crew or 100 jobs? Use a second copy of the file.
