How do I download my files?

After payment, go to You > Purchases on Etsy (on a computer) and click "Download Files". You'll get a ZIP folder. Unzip it before opening the PDFs. Etsy's guide is here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108. If you get stuck, message us and we'll help.

How soon will I get my files?

Right away. Etsy makes the files available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take Etsy a little longer to confirm.

How should I print them?

Open the PDF in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Choose the paper size that matches the file, and set scale to 100% or "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page". Print one test page before printing a batch. Colors on screen and on paper can look a little different.

What paper should I use?

Regular printer paper works for most game and planner pages. For signs and keepsake cards, a matte cardstock feels sturdier. Check that your printer can handle it. You can also take the files to a local print shop.

What sizes and versions do I get?

Each kit includes US Letter and A4 files, and each size comes in Color and Low-ink (a lighter version that uses less ink). Print the file that matches your paper. The listing shows exactly which files are included.

Can I edit the files?

No. Every file is a fixed, print-ready PDF. It isn't editable, fillable or a Canva template. Names, dates, ages and answers are written in by hand after printing. We don't offer a personalization service.

How can I use what I buy?

You get a personal-use license. You can print as many copies as you need for your own event or household. Please don't resell, share or upload the files, and don't sell printed copies.
