BEST FIT
This pack skews older: readers around age 10 and up, teens and adults, or mixed-age teams. It is light party entertainment, not a challenging puzzle pack. Trivia includes US candy and film/TV references.

PLAYING WITH AGES 5-9
Younger children can join these look-and-listen games with an adult or confident reader: picture bingo (show and name each caller), Monster match (read the names and clues aloud), Spooky draw-it (privately tell the artist the prompt), Treat-token dice (explain each roll and help count), Phone or paper hunt (read each task; use the sketch option and plain paper), Guess my costume (read the clues aloud), and Halloween charades (whisper the prompt to the actor). These are supported choices, not seven independent non-reader games. Passing stories also work with a separate reader calling LEFT and RIGHT. Children can pass on any performance.

The trivia, True or boo?, Guess the punchline, Which came first?, Before and after, Who's orange?, Spooky rhymes and word scramble need a reader; the PUMPKIN/SPOOKY categories, costume word race and Candy A to Z also need spelling/writing help. Guest-mingling sheets, monster-name lookup and costume-award slips need reading or adult help too. For a party of non-readers with no helper, choose a simpler picture-only pack.

PRINT ONLY THIS: A SHORT CHILDREN'S PARTY
Pick ONE activity file: Letter or A4, colour or low ink. The other three contain the same games. Do not print all 113 pages or the whole host file.

Suggested 30-45-minute route for 8 children with one adult host: picture bingo, then two teams for Spooky draw-it and charades. Allow roughly 10-15 minutes to print, cut the callers and set out pencils and drawing paper; printer speed and cutting time vary. Keep the drawing and acting prompts private and whisper each child's prompt. Play a second bingo round if time allows; pace and round length vary.

In your chosen activity PDF, print pages 36-43 (eight different full-page bingo cards), plus pages 33 and 35 once (host-only prompts): 10 sheets. In Start-Here-Private-Host.pdf, print ONLY your matching four bingo support pages: Letter colour 26-29; A4 colour 48-51; Letter low ink 70-73; A4 low ink 92-95. That is 14 printed sheets total for this route, plus plain drawing paper. Use pencils to mark bingo; no counters or candy needed. Read the opening guide on screen. Print at Actual Size / 100%, single sided.

All 40 picture callers cover the pictures used across the 50 bingo cards. For a different group size, choose one different numbered card per child (full-page cards are PDF pages 36-85). Full-page and two-per-page layouts show the SAME 50 cards. Low ink retains colour pictures on white backgrounds; it is not a black-and-white edition.

The four activity files contain the same 25 activities in US Letter or A4, colour or low ink. Each has 35 non-bingo pages, 50 full-page picture bingo cards, 25 landscape sheets showing those same cards two per page, two blank-board pages and one marker page. These alternate layouts are not additional games or extra different cards. Low-ink bingo keeps colour pictures on white backgrounds.

Start-Here-Private-Host.pdf has a seven-page guide and four 22-page support sections (Letter colour, A4 colour, Letter low ink and A4 low ink). Each support section has 18 answer-key pages, bingo rules, a picture checklist and two sheets containing 40 picture callers. The guide includes the activity print index, three suggested routes, hosting help, a trivia scoreboard and category examples.

HOW TO USE IT
Open Start Here first. Pick a suggested route or choose your own games. Print one paper size and ink edition, at Actual Size / 100%, single sided. For bingo choose full-page OR two-per-page; enable automatic orientation for landscape sheets. Print matching host support pages at 100%; the seven-page opening guide may use Fit to printable area on A4. Keep keys and acting/drawing prompt sheets private.

You will need pencils and a timer. Selected games use plain drawing paper, a six-sided die or soft passing props. For each passing story, use one prop with 4-12 players; with 13-30, start three props as evenly spaced around the circle as possible and pass every prop one seat on each cue. Each final holder may choose a cheer. Bingo can use pencil marks instead of cut-out markers. FREE counts automatically; leave it uncovered. Allow 24 counters per player. The supplied 0.65-inch counters fit both card sizes. Draw 24 different pictures on the optional blank boards, using the caller checklist. The host draws a caller, shows the picture and reads its label; players mark matching pictures. Give each player a different board and 24 counters. Cut apart and mix all calling cards. FREE counts automatically; leave it uncovered. Before each round the host announces one winning pattern; only that pattern wins. Five in a row across, down or diagonally is the default. Show and name one calling picture at a time; players mark only that picture and the host ticks the checklist. Everyone completing the announced pattern on the same call shares the win. Before replay, clear the boards and checklist ticks, return all callers and mix them again. Print both calling-card sheets twice on cardstock for Memory Match. Choose a starting player; turns go clockwise. Turn over two cards: keep a match and go again, or show both, turn them back in place and pass clockwise. Most pairs wins; tied leaders share the win. Start with 8 to 12 pairs for younger children. Reading needs vary: pair guests with helpers or read aloud. Guests may skip a prompt or performance. No candy, phone, costume or purchase is required.
