Specifications

May include: A square 7-layer paper cut art piece in a dark frame featuring a heron silhouette in a marshland landscape with mountains, cattails, and birds under a sun. Text labels include 7 LAYERS, SVG, DXF, PNG, and FJELL & FERN CUTS.

Heron among reeds and cattails at an autumn sunset: layered shadow box SVG cut file, 7 layers of cardstock stack into a 7.9 x 7.9 in (20 x 20 cm) papercut scene.
INCLUDES: 7 layer SVGs + 1 combined SVG, DXF, 300 dpi PNGs, a stacked preview image and an instructions file. Instant digital download - no physical item is shipped.

HOW THIS WAS MADE
Design process: generated with AI-assisted tools and my own software, then reviewed by me.
Every file is automatically checked for clean cutting (closed paths, minimum bridge widths, no overlaps) and built to import into Cricut Design Space without flattening (no images, text, clips, masks or gradients in the SVG).

WHAT YOU GET
- 7 layer SVGs: One SVG per layer, ready for Cricut Design Space
- 1 combined SVG: All layers in one file, one named group each
- DXF (mm): For other cutting machines and CAD software
- 8 PNGs, 300 dpi: Transparent PNG of each layer plus a preview
- Stacked preview image: Picture of the finished stack, for reference (not a cut file)
- Instructions + licence: Step-by-step assembly and licence terms (text files)

SIZE
- Finished size 7.9 x 7.9 in / 200 x 200 mm; each layer fits a 12 x 12 in mat.
- Layers: 7. Recommended frame: 8 x 8 in (20 x 20 cm) shadow box, about 2.5 cm inner depth or more (estimate; depends on your foam tape).
- Resize all layers by the same percentage or the layers will not line up.

LAYER COLOUR GUIDE (suggestions - use any cardstock you like)
- Layer 1: #fbe1b0 (light orange)
- Layer 2: #f4b971 (light orange)
- Layer 3: #e5924d (orange)
- Layer 4: #d36a43 (orange)
- Layer 5: #a45442 (red)
- Layer 6: #5b2b26 (burgundy)
- Layer 7: #2a1517 (near black)

MATERIALS
- Cardstock 216-250 g/m2 (80-110 lb), one colour per layer; fine-point blade; 12 x 12 in mat.
- Foam tape or glue dots between layers (foam tape adds depth); a shadow box frame to display it.

HOW TO IMPORT INTO CRICUT DESIGN SPACE
1. New Project > Upload > Browse, and upload the layer SVGs one at a time (or the combined SVG).
2. Do not resize unless you resize all layers by the same percentage.
3. Choose Cardstock (or Custom) for each layer, load the matching colour, cut.
4. Glue layers back to front, matching the two round registration holes in the frame; use foam tape for depth.

LICENCE
- Personal use: yes. Small business: you may sell up to 100 physical items you make from this file.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing or redistributing the digital files, or uploading them to any marketplace or file-sharing site.
- Digital item: no refunds once downloaded; message me if a file does not open or cut as described and I will help.

Compatible with Cricut Design Space and other software that imports SVG. Cricut is a trademark of its owner; this shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cricut.
