WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Seating chart poster 18x24 or 24x36 in, grouped by table or alphabetical (A-Z by last or first name)
- Table numbers 4x6 or 5x7 in (digits or words, optionally with the guests of each table listed)
- Escort cards 3.5x2 in, 8 per US Letter / A4 sheet with crop marks
- Folded place cards 3.5x2 in (folded), 4 per sheet, name on both sides
- "Find your seat" sign 5x7 or 8x10 in, with an optional QR code to an online seating list
- 3 themes: Sage Greenery, Blush Floral and Classic Black & White, on white, ivory or a soft theme-colored background

YOUR GUEST LIST
- Copy the Guest Name and Table columns from any spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) and paste: one guest per line
- Works straight from our Wedding Seating Chart Planner: paste the whole Guests sheet, declined guests are skipped
- The chart auto-fits up to about 250 guests on 18x24 and 24x36 (bigger text on the larger poster); it tells you if text gets too small
- Change a table in your spreadsheet, paste again, download again: every card updates

DOWNLOADS
- Exact size vector PDFs with optional 0.125 in bleed and crop marks for a print shop
- Sheets on US Letter or A4 for printing cards at home
- Real fonts, so text stays sharp at any size

HOW IT WORKS
1. Purchase and download the PDF from Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account.
2. Open the link inside it on a computer, tablet or phone and unlock the editor with your Etsy order number and the name or email on your order (up to 5 devices per order).
3. Type your details, pick a theme, download your PDFs and print at 100% / Actual size.

PLEASE NOTE
- This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. No physical item will be shipped. You print it yourself or at a print shop.
- You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). Everything is made in your browser and what you type (including your guest list) is never uploaded (only your order number and name or email are checked with Etsy to unlock the editor).
- The layout, artwork and fonts are fixed; you change the wording, date, venue, theme and paper color.
- Please check spelling carefully before printing. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
- Personal use only. Please don't share your order number.
- Because this is a digital product, refunds aren't offered, but message me any time and I'll help with any problem.

AI disclosure: this product (card layouts, decorative artwork, the personalisation web page, listing images and description) was created with the help of an AI tool (Claude by Anthropic) under the seller's direction, then reviewed and test-printed by the seller. All artwork is original vector drawing; fonts are open-source (SIL Open Font License).
