A raft of bubbles of every size pressed together, each one a shallow cup, the tiny ones caught where the big ones meet. It repeats without a seam in both directions, so you can tile it across doors, walls and tabletops of any size.

Designed by Roxford Carpentry, a custom carpentry shop in Jacksonville, Florida.

SUGGESTED BIT AND SETTINGS
- Finishing bit: 1/8 in ball nose, 0.015 in stepover, raster along the 48 in length
- Starting speed and feed: 18,000 rpm, 80 in/min in hardwood
- Roughing: 1/4 in flat end mill, 0.020 in stock to leave
- Faster option: a 1/4 in ball nose at 0.020 in, which closes up the smallest bubbles
- The cut sheet walks through the full procedure step by step
