I built this for remodelers and handymen who are tired of redoing the same math on every bid. Type the room sizes and the scope, and every quantity, every labor hour and every dollar fills in from there.

WHAT IT DOES
- Material takeoff for paint, drywall, flooring, trim, insulation, tile, doors, stairs, framing, cabinets, deck, fence and landscaping, with waste and buy-unit rounding
- Labor hours from your quantities and your own production rates and crew cost
- Job Cost (internal): materials, tax, labor, subs, permits, dumpster, contingency, markup and profit
- Client Quote: your company info, scope written from the rooms, price, deposit, balance, terms and signature lines. Print it or save it as a PDF
- Quote Letter: a Word letter that fills in from the Quote with mail merge (desktop Word)
- Order Sheet by supplier with delivery dates and cost codes
