Will Vinted send your sales to the tax authorities? This spreadsheet tells you in a second and shows you what you really earn, after fees. In French, in euros, for France and Belgium.

Since the European DAC7 directive, Vinted transmits to the tax authorities each year the data of sellers who reach 30 sales or exceed €2,000 in sales during the calendar year. Only one of these two thresholds is required. This data is important for you, alerts you when the threshold is approaching, and projects your year-end performance at the current rate.

Good to know: being declared does not mean being taxed. The file reminds us of this, with the rules of France and Belgium and their official sources.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A ready-to-use spreadsheet file with 6 tabs:
- Getting started: the 5-step instructions, importing into Google Sheets, and a summary of the rules for France and Belgium with official links.
- Settings: your country, the year being tracked, your profit target and your categories.
- Stock: item, brand, size, condition, purchase price. Status, days in stock and profit are calculated separately.
- Sales: choose the item from a list, note the price, the shipping cost (which you pay), and the packaging. The net profit is then calculated.
