Christmas Visual Schedule, Santa Visit Story, Countdown, 21 Picture Cards, Editable Blanks, Autism ADHD

A calmer Christmas, one picture at a time. My Christmas is a printable Christmas Day routine with two visual stories and a countdown: your child sees what will happen, reads about what will be different, and counts the sleeps. Made by a dad for his own autistic, ADHD son, for whom Christmas turns every routine upside down: a tree in the living room, wrapped presents, visitors, noise, new food and a lot of waiting.

WHAT YOU GET (instant download, 8 pages)
- A Christmas Day board with 8 numbered steps
- A Christmas Day visual story (6 pictures): the tree, wrapped presents, visitors, waving instead of hugging, a quiet space, new foods
- A Visiting Santa visual story (6 pictures): waiting your turn, saying hello or just watching, no need to sit on his knee or talk
- A Sleeps until Christmas countdown: 24 circles to colour in, one each night from 1 December
- 2 Now and Next strips and 2 Finished labels
- 21 picture cards (52 mm): Christmas tree, decorations, advent calendar, stocking, open presents, Santa, Christmas dinner, carols, school play, snowman, wave hello, party, visit family, car, say thank you, quiet time, ear defenders, excited, worried, wait, sleep
- 3 blank cards you can type on before printing
- A one-page set-up guide with tips

HOW IT WORKS
- Count down: from 1 December, colour in one circle each night before bed, so the big day is never a surprise.
- Read the stories: a few days before, read Christmas Day and Visiting Santa together and talk about what will be different.
- Use the board: on the day, put the steps on the board and move each card to Finished as you go. Plan a quiet space and use it.

TWO EDITIONS
- UK A4 and US Letter PDFs, both in your download. The UK file says Father Christmas, the US file says Santa. Print at 100% on thin card (cardstock), laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots.
- The blank cards are fillable: open the PDF in Adobe Reader (free) or Preview, type, then print.

WORKS WITH THE REST OF THE SHOP
The cards are the same size and style as the Morning Routine kit, the Feelings kit and the Daily Routine bundle, so they fit any of our boards.
