HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the .docx in Microsoft Word, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Docs.
2. Type over each blue [bracket]. The text is ordinary text, so change anything you like and delete pages you do not need.
3. Print on US Letter paper and keep it in a binder, or save it as a PDF. Tell someone where it is.

- Sizes are US Letter. Each section starts on its own page; if your text runs long, shorten a line or reduce the font size a little.
- Write where passwords and account numbers are kept, never the passwords themselves.
- The names, phone numbers and places in the example are invented. This binder is an organizer. It is not legal, medical, insurance or tax advice and does not replace a will or a health care directive.
- It is not a Canva template and does not need an account.
- The tracker's example rows are invented. It does not know today's date: you type it. Renewal rules differ by place, so check dates with the issuer.
- Colorblind friendly: blue marks fill-ins and good results, orange means please note. No red and green.
