Highlights

A calmer bedtime, one picture at a time. My Bedtime is a printable bedtime routine with a visual story: your child sees each step, moves it to Finished, and knows what comes next. Made by a dad for his own autistic, ADHD son, for whom bedtime used to be the hardest part of the day.

WHAT YOU GET (instant download, 7 pages)
- A My bedtime board with 8 numbered steps
- A Going to bed visual story (6 pictures): screens off, bath, pyjamas, teeth, story, and what to do if sleep doesn't come straight away
- 2 Now and Next strips and 2 Finished labels
- 2 First and Then boards
- 21 picture cards (52 mm): dinner, tidy up, bath, shower, wash hair, wash face, pyjamas on, brush teeth, toilet, medicine, drink, bag ready, screens off, quiet time, story time, reading, music, hug, lights off, sleep, tired
- 3 blank cards you can type on before printing
- A one-page set-up guide with tips

HOW IT WORKS
- Read Going to bed together for a week or two, so the routine feels familiar.
- Each evening, put the steps on the board and move each card to Finished as you go.
- Use First and Then for the hard bits, like "First teeth, then story".

TWO EDITIONS
- UK A4 and US Letter PDFs, both in your download (pyjamas/pajamas, toilet/bathroom). Print at 100% on thin card (cardstock), laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots.
- The blank cards are fillable: open the PDF in Adobe Reader (free) or Preview, type, then print.

WORKS WITH THE REST OF THE SHOP
The cards are the same size and style as the Morning Routine kit, the Feelings kit and the Daily Routine bundle (101 cards and 7 boards, if you want every routine in one).
