Your Inventory Ledger is a Google Sheet with a phone form. Open the Log Inventory form, choose the item, choose Added, Sold, Used or Counted, and enter the amount. Every entry travels form to sheet and lands as a row on your Inventory Log, and your Items tab works out what is on hand. Log it in-the-moment, at the packing table or the market booth, and the number in your sheet is the number on your shelf.

Sold and Used stay apart. A candle that went to a customer is Sold; a jar that broke or a bar you gave away is Used. That keeps the Sold figure honest, and your Dashboard shows what is selling over the last 30 days beside what you have left.

When anything reaches its Reorder at number, it joins the Reorder List on your Dashboard, grouped by supplier, with the reorder amount beside it, so one supplier is one order.
