Highlights

  • Party decor for gatherings and celebrations
  • Materials: Paper

Personalised monogram cocktail napkins for wedding bars, welcome drinks and dinner tables. We arrange your initials, wording and colours around your event.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Printed 3-ply paper tissue napkins in your selected pack quantity, with a digital placement proof. Each napkin measures 25 × 25 cm open and 12.5 × 12.5 cm quarter-folded. Your design is printed on one outward-facing panel. These are disposable paper napkins, not fabric or embroidered napkins; other sizes or materials need a separate quote before ordering.
The pack price covers the stated number of finished napkins. The separate Quantity control multiplies the number of packs.

PERSONALISATION & PROOF
Enter your wording, colour ideas, event date and delivery country. Upload a logo, venue photograph or inspiration file, or send references through Etsy Messages. Check names, dates, spelling and the printed side carefully: production begins only after you approve the final digital layout.

PRINT & FINISH
Standard printed personalisation is included. Genuine metallic foil, embossing, debossing and specialist materials are paid upgrades, quoted separately before ordering. Metallic-looking mockups do not include a foil upgrade. Paper shade and texture affect the result; screen colours are a guide rather than an exact print guarantee.

TIMING & DELIVERY
Usually 1–2 weeks in production after design approval, plus delivery. For a fixed event date, message us before ordering with your destination and required arrival date. Express arrangements must be agreed first. Your delivery estimate and postage charge appear on the listing and at checkout.

IMAGES & COORDINATING ITEMS
The pictures are design mockups and styling examples, not completed customer orders. Your proof confirms your artwork, wording, colours and layout. Props are not included. Coordinating matchboxes, napkins, coasters, menus, invitations, place cards and signage can be quoted separately through Etsy Messages.

OPENING OFFER
70% off the first 10 eligible orders, already reflected in the displayed sale prices. Ends after the tenth eligible order or on 14 November 2026, whichever comes first.

PERSONALISED ORDERS & RETURNS
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for orders made to your personal design. Check every name, date, spelling and printed side before approving your proof. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, or where applicable law or Etsy protections require a remedy. Non-personalised goods retain applicable cancellation rights. If something is wrong, contact us through Etsy Messages so we can help.
