First Then Board, 45 Picture Cards, Editable Blanks, Autism ADHD Visual Schedule, Printable PDF

"First shoes on, then the park." A First and Then board turns a hard ask into a plan your child can see. My First and Then is a big board, two small boards to carry, two choice boards and 45 picture cards. Made by a dad for his own autistic, ADHD son.

WHAT YOU GET (instant download, 8 pages)
- A big First and Then board with a Finished label
- 2 small First and Then boards: one for home, one for your bag
- 2 choice boards (I choose), so your child can pick the Then
- 45 picture cards (52 mm): 24 things to do first and 21 good things to do next
- 3 blank cards you can type on before printing
- A one-page set-up guide with tips

HOW IT WORKS
- Put the thing that needs doing under First, and something your child likes under Then.
- Say it simply: "First shoes on, then park." Then keep your word, every time.
- Let your child choose the Then from two or three cards on the choice board.

TWO EDITIONS
- UK A4 and US Letter PDFs, both in your download, with UK and US words. Print at 100% on thin card (cardstock), laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots.

WORKS WITH THE REST OF THE SHOP
The cards are the same 52 mm size as all our kits, so they fit every board in the shop.
