Tech Pack Template for Clothing Brands: Spec Sheet, Bill of Materials, Size Grading, Costing, Factory PDF

Tech pack template for Excel and Google Sheets: spec sheet, BOM, size grading and costing in one file, plus a factory PDF that leaves out your prices.

Style details, flat sketches, construction notes, a bill of materials, a graded measurement spec and your costing sit in one spreadsheet. No Illustrator or design software needed.

WHAT IT DOES
• Spec sheet: style #, name, season, category, fit, fabric, colourways, factory, version, plus front and back flat boxes and 15 construction-note lines (stitch type, stitches per cm, seam allowance)
• Bill of materials: up to 25 lines with supplier, reference/colour, placement, unit, consumption, price and waste %; line cost and BOM total calculated
• Measurement & grading: up to 25 points of measure across up to 8 sizes. Enter the base measurement and one grade rule per point; every other size is calculated
• Tolerance check: enter the measured sample and see OK or OUT OF TOL per point
• Costing: BOM total → development costs per unit → freight and duty → landed cost → suggested wholesale and retail price, margins, keystone and target checks, three order-quantity scenarios
• Factory_Print tab: fills itself from the other tabs, leaves out every price, print areas already set for PDF export


HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the .xlsx in Excel or Google Sheets and overwrite the labelled EXAMPLE DATA.
2. Fill in the spec sheet, bill of materials, measurements and costing; insert your own flats as images.
3. Print the Factory_Print tab as PDF for your factory (print areas are already set, prices are left out).

ZIP download: 1 .xlsx, a 1-page Quick Start PDF and a 3-page sample factory PDF built from the example style.
