WHAT IT DOES
• Fee table for Whatnot, eBay (DE), Vinted, Depop, Kleinanzeigen and Poshmark, taken from each platform's own help pages (check date and source link in the file), plus two free rows for any other platform
• Fees are editable, because they change: % on item price, % on item + buyer shipping, fixed fee per order, flat fee below a price threshold, VAT on fees, and a manual fee override per sale
• Sales log with 300 rows: buy price, other costs (cleaning, repairs, ads), platform, sale price, shipping paid by the buyer and by you, then fee, net proceeds, net profit, margin, ROI and stock status
• Dashboard: profit by platform and month, sales, revenue, fees, average margin, items in stock and stock at cost
• DAC7 counter: sales and revenue per platform per calendar year against 30 sales or EUR 2,000, with a "close to threshold" warning
• German and English: one switch changes all headers and statuses; instructions in both languages

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the .xlsx in Excel and delete the EXAMPLE DATA rows.
2. Check the fee values in Settings (yellow cells) and pick your currency symbol.
3. Log each sale and read profit by platform and month on the dashboard.
