What happens if my package experiences delays, gets lost in transit, or is stolen?

The LILI Avenue is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen. These situations are beyond our control.

If a sale starts after I place my order, can I get a refund for the price difference?

The price you paid at the time of your order is final. For instance, if an item goes on sale for 10% off a week after your purchase, we do not issue refunds for the discounted amount to previous customers.

What should I do if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it has been shipped?

If your order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

My order didn't arrive on time. Can I return it?

Shipping delays can happen, especially during busy times like the holidays. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, even if the tracking shows an estimated timeframe. Sometimes, shipments may be delayed or show no updates despite being dispatched. While your order will eventually reach you, we can't promise a set timeline. We don't offer refunds or cancellations for delayed shipments. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us and the shipping carrier—we will do our best to help, but shipping times are beyond our control. We also don’t accept returns due to shipping delays.

Do you accept return or cancellation?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us—we are here to help!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make the correction before it is shipped. If the order has already been processed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request any address changes.

Do you offer special pricing for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! If you are planning to purchase more than 50 items from LILI Avenue, drop me a message with the specific product you are looking at and the quantity you are interested in. I will be happy to provide customised pricing based on your needs, as prices may vary depending on the product.
