This is one calm system that replaces all of it: type each task ONCE, and the dashboard, the alerts, both calendars, the Eisenhower matrix, the Kanban board and the Gantt timeline all build themselves from that single list.

• DECISION MATRIX — the Eisenhower box, filled by itself: Do First / Schedule / Delegate / Park It, from due dates + priorities.
• KANBAN BOARD — 5 stages (Not Started → In Progress → Waiting → In Review → Completed); change a status in All Tasks and the card moves itself.
• GANTT CHART — a 46-day timeline that draws itself from Start and Due dates, the dark portion of each bar showing % Done, today in gold.

SAMPLE DATA INCLUDED: the file arrives filled with 42 fictional tasks across 6 projects (a website redesign, a shop launch, an office move…) — 14 completed, 7 overdue, 3 due today — so every counter, alert, board and chart is alive the moment you open it. Overwrite or delete the samples whenever you're ready; nothing breaks.
