• One included revision round to adjust details, tone, or phrasing within your original story and brief
• A private, respectful process from start to finish — no stock phrases, no recycled stories

HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your order and answer the short personalization question — their name, your relationship to them, and the tone you'd like.
2. Right after your order you receive a PDF with a few gentle questions about your memories. Send me your answers through Etsy Messages or by email.
3. Your speech is written and personally reviewed by me. Every draft is built only from the memories and facts you provide. I personally read it against your answers, fact-check it, and edit it before it reaches you. No speech is delivered without my personal approval.
4. You receive your files — a PDF and an editable Word document — with a delivery target of 48 hours after your complete answers reach me. This is not an automatic send.
5. Request your one included revision, if needed, within the original story and brief.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The 48-hour delivery target begins after I receive your complete personalization answer and follow-up questionnaire answers, not at checkout.
• Digital service only: no live delivery, rehearsal coaching, printing, or translation of existing texts. Need the speech in German? Just mention it in the personalization field.
• Communication takes place through Etsy Messages or by email, whichever you prefer. Your PDF is always sent back the same way. Etsy Messages cannot carry Word files, so if you would also like the editable Word version, just send me an email address and I will send it there.
• Please share only what you're comfortable sharing in the personalization field; sensitive details can be shared privately through Etsy Messages.
