2. Print at home on US letter or A4 paper (choose "fit to page" for A4), or at a local print shop. Print only the pages you need and as many copies as you like.
3. Fill in by hand. The PDF is made for printing and is not a fillable form, but you can also add notes with a PDF markup app on a tablet. The spreadsheet is fully editable.

OPEN IT IN GOOGLE SHEETS (FREE)
1. On a computer, download the .xlsx file from Etsy (You > Purchases > Download Files).
2. Go to drive.google.com, click New > File upload and choose the file.
