A sensory profiling system for neurodivergent adults who work in schools, and the teams who work alongside them. It maps how your nervous system reads a school day, then hands you tools that fit the map. Part of a workshop or school development series.

The deck moves in four sections:
The Terrain: where am I? Eight sensory landscapes, from sound and light to interoception and the social field.
The Compass: how do I naturally move here? Four navigation styles, as tendencies you can work with, not types you're stuck in.
The Field Kit: what will help me? Practical strategies grouped into eight tools, from The Map and The Anchor to The Shelter and The Rest Point.
The Travellers: who am I becoming? Twelve portraits that combine how you move with where you live.

Each card says what a pattern offers and what it costs, where it shows up in a real school day, one strategy and one question. There's no deficit language and no diagnosis, just a clearer picture of why some days cost more than others.

Use it alone, with a colleague, or in a staff workshop. It was built for The Neurodivergent Staffroom professional learning sessions, so it works just as well as a facilitation tool for leaders and wellbeing teams.
