PREPARED CAPACITIES
40 releases, 120 cases, 180 plan entries, 240 executions, 120 defects, 160 retests. Fixed prepared ranges; extending them requires updating all dependent formulas, tables, validation and formatting. Some detailed source tables need horizontal scrolling.

METHOD AND LIMITS
The highest entered attempt through the cutoff is current. A later incomplete or duplicate attempt prevents an earlier pass from standing in. Future-dated attempts are excluded. Missing required plan entries, unknown IDs and build/environment mismatches must be corrected in their source tables.

Defects stores its original release and case, severity, state, fix build, fix date and reference. Fixed and Closed need a recorded fix build/date. The original failed release remains unchanged when the fix is tested in a later release. No severity thresholds or automatic release approvals are invented.

Retests links a defect to an execution on the same Case ID and exact fixed build, on or after its fix date. A valid passing execution is Confirmed. A failed execution remains Not confirmed. Closed without a confirmed matching retest is reported as Close lacks retest. Confirmation does not establish regression coverage.

No testing automation, issue-system integration, security assessment, compliance certificate or release decision is supplied. Evidence validity depends on your actual records.

COMPATIBILITY AND DELIVERY
Designed for desktop Excel 2021 / Microsoft 365. Excel sold separately. Independent LibreOffice recalculation was checked; native Microsoft Excel desktop was not directly tested. Google Sheets, Numbers and mobile apps are not certified. No macros, live feeds, external account connections or automated transactions.
