Quick Price Calculator Lite: a simple pricing spreadsheet for handmade products, for Google Sheets and Excel. Put in what an item costs you to make and how long it takes, and it suggests a price and shows the profit you'd keep at that price after selling fees.

This is the lite version of our Handmade Pricing Calculator. It's for checking a price in a couple of minutes. The full version, also in our shop, adds the detail listed below.

WHAT THE LITE VERSION DOES
- One sheet: materials cost, packaging and minutes to make for each product
- Set your hourly rate, selling fees and markup once
- A suggested price for each product, from your own markup
- Selling fees, profit and margin at that suggested price
- Room for 25 products

WHAT THE FULL VERSION ADDS
- A materials list that turns a pack price into a cost per gram, metre, sheet or piece, with room for 200 materials
- Up to 5 materials per product, picked from a drop-down
- A share of your monthly overheads in each product's cost
- Both wholesale and retail prices, with optional rounding up to the next 50p or whole pound
- Your current price compared with the suggested one: profit, margin and what you actually earn per hour
- A price check that flags products priced below cost or below the suggested price
- A summary with a side-by-side price table and a chart, for up to 60 products
