Never miss a birthday again. Keep every birthday and anniversary in one spreadsheet that counts down the days, tells you how old everyone is turning, reminds you when to post the card, and keeps your gift spending on budget. Works in Google Sheets AND Excel.

Add people once and everything else fills in by itself. Coming Up lists your next dates in order with a countdown, and the next 7 days turn orange. A 12-month Calendar shows the whole year on one page, ready to print for the fridge. The Gift Log covers every occasion, Christmas included, so you finally know what you spend on gifts in a year. There are two versions: UK (£, dd/mm/yyyy) and US ($, mm/dd/yyyy).

WHAT'S INSIDE (7 tabs)
- Settings: gift year, how many days before a date you want to post cards, how far ahead to look, and your total gift budget
- Coming Up: your next 40 dates in order with days to go, age turning or years married, milestones, post-card-by date, gift ideas, gift status and budget left
- People: up to 150 birthdays, anniversaries and other dates. Day and month are all you need; add the year to see ages. Each row works out the next date, days to go, milestone birthdays and anniversary names (such as 25th: silver), star sign, birthstone, post-card-by date (moved back to Saturday if it falls on a Sunday), and spend against a yearly gift budget for that person
- Calendar: all 12 months at a glance in day order
- Gift Log: up to 300 gifts with date, person (from a dropdown), occasion, gift, where from, cost, status and return-by date
- Gift Budget: spent against your yearly budget, by month, by occasion and by relationship, with a chart
- Start Here: plain-English instructions

It comes with sample people and gifts so you can see how it works, with instructions for clearing them.
