My Temple Blend Incense is made with real ground Himalayan Cedar, White Sage and Frankincense Resin and I think it's my new favourite! (It's so hard for me to choose, but, for now, it's what I'm burning most often). It is different from all my other incense thus far because it is a three step process that I had to figure out in order to incorporate frankincense into a consistent product with a successful burn time.

In the first step, I make a cedar and sage incense just like I make any of my other incense sticks (with ground herbs, makko and acacia gum mixed with water). After it dries thoroughly, I re-dip it in the acacia gum-water and roll it in powdered frankincense which sticks to the outside. It's so special; it reminds me a bit of a sugar donut! :) Then I dip it in acacia gum-water one final time to keep the frankincense resin from falling off. It's definitely the longest burning scent I have created so far.

Each 4" stick burns for about 40 minutes Since it is made with all natural ingredients, it should not bother allergies, nor asthma, as it does not release any toxins. I just grind up herbs, mix them up according to my unique recipes and form sticks or cones; that's as natural as it comes! (Watch out for "hand-dipped" varieties as they are made with chemical fragrance oils and nasty fillers!)
