HOW EVERY SESSION WORKS (75 MINUTES)
1. Warm-up (12 min): movement prep plus a rondo or keep-away that already uses the theme
2. Small-numbers activity (15 min): 1v1, 2v1, or 3v2 for lots of repetitions
3. Expanded activity (17 min): more players and decisions, with a step-down option
4. Game (25 min): small-sided game with theme scoring, then free play
