Is this a physical product? How do I get my files?

Everything here is a digital download. No physical print, frame, card, calendar, paper or envelope is shipped. After payment is confirmed, use Etsy in a web browser to download your files from Purchases and reviews; digital downloads are not available in the Etsy app. Guest buyers receive a download link in their receipt email. Unzip files where the listing includes a ZIP. Each listing shows its own file formats, sizes and instructions, so please check these before buying. Files are for personal use and personal gifts, not resale or redistribution.

How do I choose a print size and print my artwork?

Check the individual listing first: our art ranges from single-JPG small prints to multi-format bundles. Use the stated pixel dimensions and recommended print size; an A4/Letter PDF does not mean the picture fills that page. For winter designs with a 4x5 artwork and 5x7 white-mat layout, choose the page and matching paper size, print at Actual size / 100%, then trim as the guide explains. Start with a test print. Paper and frames are not included. Glass, oil-paint, embroidery and woodblock effects describe printed imagery, not physical materials. Colors vary by screen, printer and paper.

Why are the daruma eyes blank? Where can I learn about Japanese motifs?

The blank eyes in our Little Shrine New Year artwork are intentional. In a common Japanese custom, one daruma eye is painted when setting a wish or goal, and the other when it is achieved; practices vary. Our pictures are creative interpretations, not records of a real ceremony or promises of good fortune. I also research Japanese culture in English, distinguishing documented facts from traditions and beliefs. Which Japan travel planner should I choose?

Start with the planning you need. Individual sheets cover one task; the winter day-trip planner has 6 worksheets, while the hotel/luggage, reservation and phone/offline planners each have 8. These focused planners include A4 and US Letter versions. For a wider toolkit, the A4 fillable bundle has the same 40 worksheets and 2 guide pages in 10 art styles, not 420 different worksheets. The separate ukiyo-e set has 14 pages in A4 and US Letter. Check each listing for included pages, typing support and software requirements. Calculations are manual where applicable. These are self-planning templates, not ready-made itineraries, bookings or tickets.

Which 2027 calendar should I choose?

The ten Japanese-art calendar designs include ready-made A4 and US Letter PDFs; no builder is needed for those files. The separate cat-and-dog calendar includes five ready-made US Letter calendars with a Sunday start, plus an optional desktop HTML builder and art-library files. Follow that listing’s guide to make other versions; mobile use is not guaranteed, and other browser environments have not been independently verified. Check your chosen listing for page size, week start, included files and software requirements before buying.

Can I edit the files or use them commercially?

Our downloads are for personal use and personal gifts, not resale, redistribution or products you sell. Some travel PDFs have fields for typed entries; this does not make their artwork or layouts editable design templates. Cards, art prints and calendar PDFs are supplied as finished designs. Editable Canva files, SVG cutting files and commercial-use licenses are not included unless a listing explicitly says so. Check the individual listing for formats, typing support and software requirements. A mockup shows a possible use; it does not add physical items or grant extra rights.
