Will you be restocking "this item"?

There are two lists below of what will, and will not be restocked.

Custom and personalized orders

No, I do not do custom orders. Personalization depends wholly on the listing and the item being sold.

Care instructions- WOOD PINS

Please be advised when caring for your wood lapel pins, the linking or single pins, in that they are delicate. Charms can be easily lost if they are on outerwear items, such as jackets or bags. The jump rings themselves can get caught and tugged on, resulting in the loss of the charm piece or the chain falling off. I will not send you replacement chain or charms if this happens, as there are warnings in the listing to be careful with your items. These pins have not been tested outdoors, so I do not know if they are waterproof.

Why do you have shipping dates set at two weeks?

My local post office is run by one person, with no drop off box for packages. I try not to overwhelm them with more than 30 packages at a time. This means that weeks where I have a lot of orders I have to space items out. So sometimes it takes me a little longer to get items out. In the winter can take longer because I have to account for days where the weather makes it too hard to go to the post office. Please remember that I am one person behind the scenes here, with contracted work as well as running this shop and sometimes I need time to process orders.

Items that WILL be restocked if sold out.

These items will always be restocked unless stated otherwise or the item is a special item/limited quantity, or in the clearance section. Acrylic Keychains Bookmarks Lanyards (original designs will stay in stock, BG3 designs are not returning once sold out) Prints Stickers Sticker sheets Stationery

Items that will NOT be restocked if sold out

Many of my shop items will not be restocked for the foreseeable future due to tariff increases. Enamel pins Wood Pins Standees Pillows Washi Tape

Items that are ordered once or a twice a year and and are restocked less frequently.

Notebooks: The Locked Tomb, DND, and the Witch Hat design will always be reordered if I am able to. (Notebook Order currently on hold until 2027) Hats: Both beanies and ballcaps are ordered once or twice a year. Quantities are generally limited. You can keep an eye out for preorders for new designs or restocks. Textiles: Totes, micro fiber cloths, and pencil pouches are generally ordered once or twice a year.

FAQ

- The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?
There is a list in the policy section of my shop that goes over what will likely restock and what will not.

- "When will I get my item?"
I ship items out 1-2 times a week, so it is about a week of processing time.
Shipping times depend wholly on the post office, please allow for delays in your items arriving due to staff shortages and an overworked postal system.

Please read the shipping FAQ on my shop policies page.

If you have any more questions please check out my FAQ page in my shop policies, it goes into more detail there.

Thank you!
