Secret Santa Organizer 2026, Name Draw Spreadsheet with Exclusions, Printable Match Cards, Office Gift Exchange, Family Secret Santa

Run your Secret Santa from one spreadsheet. Add everyone's names, keep couples and housemates from drawing each other, and print a match card for every person. The Secret Santa Organizer 2026 works for groups of 3 to 30 people: at the office, with friends or with family.

✨ WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 1 Excel (.xlsx) organizer. Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive to use it in Google Sheets.
• A 2-page PDF quick-start guide with step-by-step setup
• 3 color themes in one file (Tinsel, Holly, Office Neutral), switched with one dropdown
• Built-in formulas that do the draw and the totals for you. Formula cells are protected against accidental edits (no password).
• Sample rows marked EXAMPLE, so you can see how it works before you overwrite them
• No macros, scripts or add-ons needed

📋 TABS INSIDE
• Setup: theme, group name, spending cap, exchange date and a draw seed number. A status box shows days to the exchange, how many people are in, duplicate names and a Draw health check (✔ Valid draw).
• Participants: up to 30 people with Group / Household, contact (organizer only), wishlist link and sizes / likes / avoid.
• Draw: works out who buys for whom. Everyone sits in one big circle, so each person gives one gift, gets one gift, and nobody draws themselves. People in the same Group / Household never draw each other.
• Match Cards: a printable card for every person, 12 per page: "Hi Sara, you're buying for Tom!" with the cap, the exchange date and the receiver's wishlist and likes. A hint tells you which pages to print, and unused card slots stay blank.
• Gift Tracker: Bought? and Received? (Y/N), cost per gift and a warning when a gift is over the cap, with totals.
• Instructions: quick setup steps, tips, and how to open the organizer in Google Sheets.

🎲 HOW THE DRAW WORKS
The draw is worked out from a seed number, not at random, so it never changes by itself. It only changes when you change the seed or the participant list. If Draw health says Re-draw (for example with lots of exclusions), type another whole number in the seed box and check again. There is no automatic retry, and seeds never run out.

🔒 PRIVACY
The organizer can see every match on the Draw and Match Cards tabs, so this works best when the organizer isn't taking part, or doesn't look: just print the cards and hand them out folded. The file never sends emails or messages; you share the cards yourself.

💲 CURRENCY
Amounts follow your own currency format automatically (for example $25 in the US, £25 in the UK, 25 € in Germany). Want a different currency? Type its symbol in Setup and it shows on the match cards and in the cost column. This is about the numbers inside the spreadsheet, not the Etsy price.
