THE TEA CLOCK: a modern kitchen print that tells you how long to steep your tea, drawn as a clock.

Six kinds of tea (green, white, oolong, black, rooibos and herbal) each get their own ring. The colored arc shows the recommended steeping time in minutes and is colored like the brewed tea, from pale green to deep amber and red. Below the clock, a water-temperature scale shows the right temperature for each tea in °C and °F. Two colourways are included: Cream for light kitchens and Ink (dark navy) for a bolder look. A lovely gift for every tea lover.

It also tells you how much tea to use: about 2–3 g (1 tsp) of loose tea per cup. The values are a general guide; always check the advice on your own tea.
