1. Purchase and download your files from Etsy (Purchases and reviews).
2. Open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and type your studio name, services and policies into the forms you use.
3. Save a master copy, then print or save one copy per client.
4. Send new clients the intake forms, go through the consent form before each service and hand out aftercare cards.
