UK INVOICE TEMPLATE + INVOICE TRACKER: a printable A4 invoice that fills itself in, numbered for you, and a log that follows every invoice from draft to paid. For sole traders, freelancers and small businesses.

FOUR COLOURWAYS, ALL INCLUDED
- Pastel: a soft pastel rainbow, each tab and category in its own pastel.
- Bright: bold, saturated colour blocks.
- Dark: deep navy with glowing accents, easy on the eyes.
- Earthy: sage, sand and terracotta.
Each colourway comes as an Excel file with example numbers, a blank Excel file and its own Google Sheets copy link. The formulas are identical, so pick the look you like (or switch later).

WHAT IT DOES
- Invoice tab: pick an invoice number and your details, the client's name and address, up to 15 lines, the total and your bank details appear, ready to print or save as a PDF. It always prints on white A4, whichever colourway you use
- Invoice numbers run in order with your own prefix (INV-0001, INV-0002 ...), starting from any number
- Invoice log: due date from your payment terms (or the client's own), totals, part payments, days overdue and a status: Draft, Sent, Due soon, Part paid, Paid or Overdue
- VAT is off by default. Switch it on in Settings and each line takes 20%, or the 5% or 0% you pick, and your VAT number prints on the invoice
- Clients tab: addresses, own payment terms, and invoiced, paid and outstanding per client
- Dashboard: invoiced and paid this year (6 April start, or 1 January), waiting to be paid, overdue, average days to be paid, a monthly chart, top clients and a chase list with the oldest overdue invoices first
- Room for 100 invoices, 300 lines and 40 clients
- Colour means something: each tab has its own colour, and green, amber and red always come with a word as well. Text on every coloured fill meets the WCAG AA contrast level.

GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL, BOTH INCLUDED
Input cells (they have a coloured border) are yours to type in; everything else is worked out for you, so a stray click cannot break a formula (locked in Excel; Google Sheets asks before you edit a worked-out tab). No macros, nothing to enable. Works on a phone in the Google Sheets app; setting it up is easier on a laptop. Sample business, clients and numbers are invented.

HOW YOU GET IT
From your Etsy downloads page (open etsy.com in a web browser, not the Etsy app):
- A PDF with a Google Sheets link for each colourway: tap the one you like and choose Make a copy (free Google account needed).
- A zip with the Excel files (.xlsx) for every colourway, for Excel 2016 or newer.
- A blank version of each, ready for your numbers, and an example version so you can see how it works first.
Not editable in the Etsy app; use a browser or the Google Sheets or Excel apps.
