Habit and Goal Tracker Spreadsheet | Life Planner, Year Planner, Monthly Review, No Streaks (Google Sheets + Excel)

Seller's description

LIFE OS: HABITS, GOALS & YEAR PLANNER. One calm place for the year: a habit grid for every month, goals with progress you can see, small steps with dates, a year-at-a-glance planner and a five-minute monthly review, pulled together on a dashboard with three charts. No streaks to break: a missed day is just an empty square, and a dash marks a planned rest day.

FOUR COLOURWAYS, ALL INCLUDED
- Pastel: a soft pastel rainbow, each tab and category in its own pastel.
- Bright: bold, saturated colour blocks.
- Dark: deep navy with glowing accents, easy on the eyes.
- Earthy: sage, sand and terracotta.
Each colourway comes as an Excel file with example numbers, a blank Excel file and its own Google Sheets copy link. The formulas are identical, so pick the look you like (or switch later).

WHAT IT DOES
- Up to 12 habits, each with a life area and a days-a-week target
- Twelve monthly habit grids (January to December): pick a tick, or a dash for a rest day that lowers the target instead of counting against you
- Each habit shows done, target so far and how it is going: On track, Nearly or Pick it up, in colour and in words
- Up to 12 goals tracked by a number (start, target, now) or by their steps, with progress against how much of the time has gone
- Goal steps with due dates: done, this week or overdue
- Year planner: the whole year on one page, weekends shaded, today picked out
- Monthly review: mood and energy scores and one line each for the best thing, the hard thing and one change
- Dashboard: habits month by month, goal progress bars and mood and energy charts
- Type the year once and every date updates: use it for 2027 or any year
- Colour means something: each tab has its own colour, categories keep their colour in the tables and the charts, and green, amber and red show good news, keep an eye on it, and over or overdue, always with a word as well. Text on every coloured fill meets the WCAG AA contrast level.

GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL, BOTH INCLUDED
Input cells (they have a coloured border) are yours to type in; everything else is worked out for you, so a stray click cannot break a formula (locked in Excel; Google Sheets asks before you edit a worked-out tab). No macros, nothing to enable. Works on a phone in the Google Sheets app; setting it up is easier on a laptop. Not a medical or therapy tool; a planner to help you notice what is working.

HOW YOU GET IT
From your Etsy downloads page (open etsy.com in a web browser, not the Etsy app):

- A zip with the Excel files (.xlsx) for every colourway, for Excel 2016 or newer.
- A blank version of each, ready for your numbers, and an example version so you can see how it works first.
Not editable in the Etsy app; use a browser or the Google Sheets or Excel apps.
