- Invoice: choose a client and a date range. Completed jobs fill in automatically, with subtotal, sales tax (optional) and due date. Jobs stay "unpaid" until you mark Paid? = Yes. Print or save as PDF.
- Dashboard: revenue, jobs done, hours, job profit, margin and average job value for any month, your total unpaid balance, plus a month-by-month chart and results by service.
- Clients list with jobs done, revenue, unpaid balance and last visit for each client.
- Settings: your services (flat or hourly pricing), team pay rates and business details. Every dropdown updates automatically.

- Yellow cells are for typing; grey cells are formulas and are protected (no password) so they don't break by accident.
- Capacity: 500 jobs and 200 clients per file. Start a fresh copy each year.
