ADHD Life Planner Spreadsheet — Dark Mode All-in-One Planner, Task and Habit Tracker, Budget and Meal Planner for Google Sheets & Excel

Sticky notes everywhere. Three apps that don't talk to each other. A budget you meant to check on Tuesday. If your brain works like that, this planner was built for you: ONE spreadsheet where your tasks, habits, money, meals and goals all live together — and a single calm Dashboard that sorts it out every morning.

• ONE CALM DASHBOARD — tasks due today, an overdue count in red, your habit % for the week, today's water count, budget snapshot (income / spent / remaining), total debt, savings progress — even your next meal. All pulled in automatically; you type nothing here

• TASKS THAT FLAG THEMSELVES — add a task, a priority and a due date; anything past due and unfinished turns OVERDUE in red before it becomes an emergency

• RECURRING TASKS ON AUTOPILOT — trash day, refills, rent: set the frequency once and the next due date works itself out forever

• HABITS & HYDRATION, ONE X AT A TIME — 8 habits × 7 days plus an 8-glasses-a-day water grid; percentages and streaks build themselves

• MONEY WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET HEADACHE — budget (planned vs actual), a debt calculator with months-to-clear estimates, and a savings tracker, all feeding the Dashboard

• MEALS DECIDED ONCE — a full week of breakfast, lunch and dinner in one grid, a matching grocery list, and your next meal shows on the Dashboard

WHAT'S INSIDE (14 sheets):

• START HERE — 5 low-friction steps in plain, encouraging language. Start messy; the Dashboard sorts it out
• DASHBOARD — your whole day on one screen, fully automatic
• WEEKLY PLANNER — top 3 priorities + time blocks for every day
• TASKS — 30-row task list with Priority and Status dropdowns + auto OVERDUE flags
• RECURRING TASKS — Daily/Weekly/Monthly dropdown with automatic next-due dates
• HABITS — 8 habits × 7 days with per-habit % and an overall week score
• BUDGET — 3 income sources + 10 expense categories, planned vs actual, over-budget rows flagged red
• DEBT CALCULATOR — balances, APRs and payments with estimated months until each debt is gone
• SAVINGS TRACKER — 3 goals with targets, saved amounts and climbing progress %
• MEAL PLANNER — 7 days × breakfast, lunch and dinner, pre-filled sample week
• GROCERY LIST — category dropdowns and got-it ticks for the store run
• FITNESS LOG — every workout counts itself on the Dashboard each week
• WEIGHT TRACKER — weigh-ins with change-from-start calculated automatically
• HYDRATION — 8 glasses × 7 days with daily totals and a weekly average

HOW IT WORKS: Download instantly → type in the yellow cells → everything else calculates itself. No spreadsheet skills needed — if you can type, you can run this.

WHAT YOU GET:

• Instant download the second you check out — nothing ships
• 1 Excel file (.xlsx, all 14 sheets) that works in Microsoft Excel AND uploads straight into Google Sheets
• The same file pre-filled with sample data (meet Maya) so you can see every formula working before you type over it
• Step-by-step setup in the START HERE sheet — no separate manual to hunt for

FAQ & TROUBLESHOOTING:

• It won't open in Google Sheets — what do I do? Upload the file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then go to File → Make a copy. Work in your copy and every formula and dropdown will run perfectly.
• I can't download it in the Etsy app — known Etsy quirk: downloads often fail inside the app. Open Etsy in a web browser on a computer (or your phone's browser), go to Purchases and reviews, and download from there.
• Is anything mailed to me? No — this is a digital item. No physical planner will arrive.
• Can I get a refund? Because the file is delivered instantly and can't be returned once downloaded, refunds aren't offered on downloaded items — but if something doesn't work, message me and I'll help you get it running.
• What language is it in? English only.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a planning and organization tool. The debt payoff figures are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not financial advice.
