CALM MONEY COUPLES, A BUDGET APP FOR TWO. Log each spend with who paid and who it was for, and it works out who owes whom: half each, by income, or by a percentage you agree. One figure to settle up, no spreadsheet arguments.

It opens in your browser, adds to your Home Screen like an app and works offline. No account, no bank login, no subscription. This is the Couples edition of our Calm Money budget app: everything in Calm Money, with your shared money first.

It is the real app with example numbers for two (Alex and Sam). The Overview, the fair split and Together, spends, bills, the calendar and notes are open (up to 25 spends and 5 bills). Budgets, goals, debts and Insights show as previews. Download a backup in the demo and your numbers carry over to the full version.

WHAT THE COUPLES EDITION ADDS
- WHO OWES WHOM: one settle-up figure. Shared costs from the joint account are already fair; money one of you paid from your own pocket for both of you, and personal things paid from the joint account, move the figure.
- WHO PAID, FOR WHOM: two taps on every spend (paid by the joint account or either of you; for both of you or one). Bills too: who pays each one, and whether it is shared.
- A FAIR SPLIT: half each, by take-home pay, or your own percentage. Change it any time.
- SETTLE UP: pay each other however suits you, then record it and the figure goes back to all square. The app never moves money.
- SHARED BILLS EACH MONTH: what your shared bills come to and each person's fair part of them.
- WHO PAID WHAT: each person's payments against their fair share, and every item that moved the figure.
- TWO NAMES, ONE PLANNER: rename both of you; "Our money plan" at the top.
- ONE PHONE OR TWO, HONESTLY: there is no live sync. Share one device, take turns with a backup file, or each log on your own phone and use Add from a backup file to bring the other phone's new spends, bill ticks and settle-ups in (edits and deletions are not copied).

EVERYTHING IN CALM MONEY, TOO
- SAFE TO SPEND: your balance, minus the bills still to go out before payday, minus what your budgets keep back, minus money put aside for occasional bills and an optional safety buffer. "How is this worked out?" lists every figure.
- BILLS AND INCOME ON ANY CYCLE: monthly, two days a month, every 2 or 4 weeks, weekly, every few months or once. Subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals.
- BUDGETS WITH PACE, a 48-hour wait list, goals, debts, a calendar, notes and reminders, and Insights (spending by category, planned vs actual, 6 months of money in and out).
- LOG A SPEND IN TWO TAPS: the + button, an amount, a category. On a computer, Ctrl or Cmd + K.
- TWO MODES: ADHD-friendly (one next step at a time, 3 small things, whole numbers, Focus) or Standard (pence, a Coming up table). Same features, switch any time.
- MAKE IT YOURS: 8 colour schemes or your own colour, light or dark, 5 fonts, text size and reduced motion.
- CSV import and export, calendar export with alerts, backups with a reminder after 14 days. 25 currencies, English (UK) or English (US).

YOUR NUMBERS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Everything you type is saved in the browser on your phone or computer. There is no account, no bank connection, no analytics, and nothing is sent anywhere. To move to a new phone, download a backup file and restore it on the other device. Back it up now and then: if you clear your browser's data, the app's data goes too.
