Evening Wind Down Routine Chart for Kids | Meadow Edition | Printable Screens Off to Bedtime Checklist with Pictures

A picture routine chart for the trickiest part of the evening: turning screens off and getting to bed. The soft green Meadow Edition shows the whole path from screen time to lights out in seven clear steps, so your child knows what comes next before it happens.

WHAT YOU GET
- 1 printable Evening Wind Down Routine Chart PDF (US Letter, 8.5 x 11 in), Meadow Edition
- 7 picture steps: Screen Time, 5 More Minutes, All Done, Tidy Up, Bath, Read a Book, Bedtime
- Clean, high-contrast icons with a check box beside each step

HOW TO USE
Print it and post it near the TV or tablet spot. Point to "5 More Minutes" when the warning comes, then "All Done" when screens go off, and let your child check each box as the evening moves along. Slip it into a sheet protector or laminate it and use a dry-erase marker so the same sheet works every night.

PRINTING
Print at 100% (actual size) on US Letter paper. Standard home printers work fine; card stock or lamination makes it last longer. Prints well in color or grayscale.
