Seller's description

Print, cut and keep the cards in a basket: a child picks one, copies the six small pictures step by step and ends with a finished animal drawing. Forty cards with teacher notes for art centers, early finishers and homeschool.

WHAT YOU GET
- 4 PDF files, 14 pages each (cover, teacher notes, 10 card pages, 1 page of blank cards, a drawing passport)
- 40 animal cards, 4 per page, with dashed cut lines
- 4 blank cards so children can make their own
- A small colored picture of the finished animal and a bonus idea (what to add next) on every card
- US Letter and A4 sizes
- A color version and an ink-saver version (black and gray, light on ink)
- A short Read Me First PDF with printing and cutting tips and terms (5 files in all)

THE 40 ANIMALS
Chick, Duck, Pig, Cow, Sheep, Horse, Goat, Cat, Dog, Rabbit, Goldfish, Turtle, Lion, Elephant, Giraffe, Monkey, Zebra, Tiger, Panda, Koala, Fish, Whale, Dolphin, Octopus, Crab, Starfish, Jellyfish, Owl, Fox, Bear, Deer, Hedgehog, Frog, Butterfly, Ladybug, Bee, Snail, Penguin, Parrot, Spider.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Print the PDF at 100 percent ("Actual size"). Card stock lasts longest.
2. Cut along the dashed lines. Laminate or use sleeves to reuse the cards.
3. Put the cards, blank paper and pencils at an art center.
Pencil first, then trace over it with a marker or crayon.

GOOD FOR
Classroom art centers, homeschool art time, substitute plans, after-school clubs and quiet-time bins. One printed set can serve a small group, so you do not need a copy per child.

NOT INCLUDED
Printed copies (this is a digital download, nothing ships), pencils, paper, laminating sheets, answer keys. There is no single correct way for a drawing to look. The cards use the same drawings as the seller's How to Draw Animals worksheet book, re-cut as cards, so you may not need both.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
After payment, Etsy gives you the files on the Purchases page. You need a PDF reader and a printer. Colors on your screen and on paper can look a little different.

HOW IT WAS MADE
Designed by a seller. The drawings were built from simple shapes with code and checked by the seller. Some of the listing text and the teacher notes were drafted with an AI assistant and edited by the seller.

TERMS OF USE
Personal use for your own family, or use with one classroom or tutoring group you teach. Please do not resell, share, upload or give away the PDF files, and do not sell the printed cards.
