WHAT YOU GET

INSIDE
- A medication list with the amount you recorded.
- A weekly grid. Type 1 for a recorded day.
- An injection record with the site you write down.
- A site tally that counts those lines. It does not choose a site.
- A number typed as text, such as 1, is still counted. A word such as one is flagged and left out. A negative number is flagged and still counted. A blank amount, a blank date, and a repeated medication name are flagged. A row with a date, an amount, or a site but no medication is flagged Medication is blank. A 1 on the week sheet in a row with no medication is flagged Medication is blank. A row with a medication and an amount but no site is flagged Site is blank, and that line adds nothing. A name that is not on the medication list is flagged, and that line adds nothing. A site that is not on the list is flagged, and that line adds nothing. The flag names the first problem. It does not say OK. Formula cells are locked. The file is saved with the totals already calculated.
- The paper medication list is blank. The sample workbook is the only file with example names.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download and unzip the files.
2. To print, use the Letter or A4 file at Actual size / 100%.
3. To use links, open the linked Letter PDF. It is not a phone layout.
4. Type your own names and numbers in the blank workbook. The sample workbook is a fictional week.

GOOD TO KNOW
- You type every name and every number. The workbook does not suggest an amount.
- The amount on the medication row is the number you typed. It is not multiplied by the days.
- The workbook is an .xlsx file. It opens in Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, and LibreOffice Calc. Formula cells are locked in those apps, and the cells you type in stay open. Google Sheets can import the file. This package does not promise that sheet protection will still be on after that import.
- Original layouts drawn in code. No clip art and no stock images.
- Not medical advice; talk to your clinician. Figures are a record of what you type, not a plan for your health.
- This is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped.
