HOW TO USE
1. Enter your rates and tax on Settings.
2. Replace the sample services with yours.
3. Quote: pick service, add-ons, vehicle size, condition and distance.
4. Log each job with the price and the minutes it really took.
5. Check the Dashboard. Red cells show where you earn below your target hourly pay.

Built for Excel 2016+ and Google Sheets; not tested in Numbers. You download one zip containing the .xlsx workbook and the quick-start PDF. Google Sheets: File → Import → Upload → Replace spreadsheet. No macros, no add-ins, no subscription.

FAQ
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Every formula uses functions available in both Excel 2016+ and Google Sheets. Import the .xlsx with File → Import → Upload.

Can I use miles and my own currency?
Yes. Enter cost per mile in Settings and type miles in the travel columns. Change the currency symbol with Format → Number → Currency.

I'm not registered for GST or VAT. Does it still work?
Yes. Set the tax rate to 0% and every calculation runs without tax.

Can I change the services and multipliers?
Yes. All 15 service rows, the 5 vehicle sizes and the 4 condition levels are editable on Settings and Services.

Is this a digital file?
Yes. You download one zip with the .xlsx workbook and the quick-start PDF. Nothing is shipped.
