Refund policy: when do you fix or refund a purchase?

Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after payment. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, except in the cases below. We will fix or refund your purchase if: • the file is damaged, won't open or is missing pages, and we can't fix it within 3 business days of your message; • the product is materially different from its listing description; • you were charged twice for the same product (the duplicate charge is refunded); • you bought the wrong product and have not downloaded it (contact us within 14 days and we'll swap it or refund it).

How do I ask for a fix or refund?

How to ask: send us a message through Etsy or email hello@gracepathventures.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Our first step is always to help: fix the file, send the right version or help you set it up. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Etsy. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, or the buyer-protection rules of Etsy.

EU and UK buyers: Where required by applicable consumer law, Etsy's digital-content consent process should be used so the buyer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges any resulting loss of the statutory cancellation right. If the required consent is not obtained, applicable cancellation rights remain in effect. Platform rules and mandatory consumer protections still apply.

Can I exchange a product?

Picked the wrong product? We're happy to swap it. • Not downloaded yet: exchange for any product within 14 days. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. • Already downloaded: one exchange per order, within 14 days, for a product of equal or lower price. Tell us briefly why it didn't fit your needs. To exchange, message us through Etsy or email hello@gracepathventures.com with your order number and the product you'd like instead.

Language swaps and bundle upgrades

• Language swap: if a product is available in English, Spanish or French, we'll send you another language version free of charge, any time. • Upgrade to a bundle: within 30 days, the full price you paid counts toward any bundle that includes your product. You just pay the difference. To exchange, message us through Etsy or email hello@gracepathventures.com with your order number and the product you'd like instead.

What does the Standard License include?

Every purchase includes the Standard License. Organizations that share a product with staff or volunteers buy the Organization License. Standard License: included with every purchase. Covers 1 person or 1 business / organization, for its own use. Printing is unlimited for the buyer's own use, with no copies for members, clients, families or students. Sharing is not permitted: the file is kept and used by the buyer, not shared with staff or volunteers.

Organization License and larger organizations

Organization License: $99 per product · $249 per bundle. Covers ONE organization with up to 25 staff or volunteers. The digital file may be shared internally with those authorized users through a private shared drive, intranet or LMS behind a login. Printed copies may be provided to the members, clients, families or students the organization directly serves. Larger organizations: quote by email. Covers more than 25 staff or volunteers, or several locations of the same organization. Internal sharing across the listed locations. Within 30 days of purchase, the amount paid for a Standard License counts toward an Organization License or a bundle that includes the product.

What may I do with the files?

You may: print as often as you need, fill in and keep completed copies, and customize the file for your own use (add your name or logo, edit text). You may not: resell, share publicly, give away or include the files (original or edited) in anything you sell or distribute; remove GracePath copyright notices; or use the files to train AI models.

Terms, advice and contact

Our products are organizational templates, not legal, medical, financial, tax or religious advice. They are provided as is, and our liability is limited to the price you paid. The full license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without limiting consumer rights in your own country. Questions or permissions: hello@gracepathventures.com · (602) 492-6126 · GracePath Ventures, 123 W Chandler Heights Rd, #12990, Chandler, AZ 85248.

Refunds and exchanges: Digital downloads are final once downloaded. If a file is damaged, missing pages or not as described, we fix it or refund you. Wrong product? Swap it within 14 days. Email hello@gracepathventures.com with your order number. Your consumer rights are not affected. License: Includes a Standard License for 1 person or 1 business / organization. Print and customize for your own use. Do not resell, publicly share, or share the digital file with staff or volunteers. Organizations needing team use should purchase an Organization License. Already bought one of our products? Within 30 days, what you paid counts toward any bundle that includes it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Thanksgiving & Friendsgiving Planner — fillable PDF, 10 pages, plus a 6-tab workbook with a turkey calculator, menu, shopping list and guest list
• Holiday Gift & Budget Planner — 8-tab workbook (budget, gift list, spending log, dashboard, shipping deadlines, thank-you tracker) plus an 8-page fillable printable planner
• Holiday Party & Event Planner — fillable PDF, 12 pages; 5-tab workbook; 3 editable 5 x 7 in invitations and 2 square 1080 x 1080 px posts (.pptx)
• 2027 Vision Board & Word of the Year Kit — 12-page planner PDF; editable vision board (3 layouts), 3 phone wallpapers and 2 posters (.pptx, Canva import)
• Bundle Start Here guide — PDF, 1 page: lists every product folder, how to open the files and your license (each product folder also has its own 1-page Start Here PDF)

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Pick a turkey size and see the thaw day and latest oven time
• Track RSVPs, allergies and who brings what
• Set a holiday budget by person and get over-budget flags
• Plan party food and drink amounts from your headcount
• Edit invitations, then print them or send them as images
• Choose your 2027 word and make a vision board and phone wallpaper

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the zip and unzip the whole folder on your computer (don't just preview it inside the zip).
2. Open the bundle's Start Here guide to see every product folder.
3. Open the folder for the product you need first and read its own Start Here guide.
4. Start with the Thanksgiving planner in November, set your gift budget early, then plan your party and finish with your 2027 vision board.

WHAT YOU NEED
The free Adobe Acrobat Reader (or Apple Preview) to fill in the PDFs on screen, or print them and write by hand; Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers for the workbooks; PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote (or Canva import) for the editable designs.

PLEASE NOTE
• Instant digital download. Nothing physical is shipped.
• You get one zip file (0.81 MB) with a folder for each product. Unzip it on a computer before you open the files.
• Bought separately at their launch prices ($4.99 + $5.99 + $7.99 + $5.99), these 4 products cost $24.96. This bundle is $15.99, which is $8.97 less.
• Roasting times are estimates. Always check the temperature with a food thermometer.
• The gift and budget planner is not financial advice. Holiday shipping dates are as published for 2026; confirm with the carrier before you ship.
• If you serve alcohol, serve it responsibly and make sure everyone has a safe ride home.
• Example names, prices and dates in the files are made up.

LICENSE
• Use, edit, print and fill in these files for your own business, your own clients or your own household, as many times as you like.
• One purchase covers all locations you own.
• Please do not resell, share, give away or upload the files (edited or unedited) for others to download, or claim the designs as your own.
• Files are provided as-is. Check every figure and form against your own situation before you rely on it.
