What size are the prints?

Single-design prints come in three sizes: 4 x 6 in (10 x 15 cm), 8 x 10 in (20 x 25 cm) and 11 x 14 in (28 x 36 cm), each made to fit a standard frame of the same size. The Signature Trio is three 4 x 6 in prints. Frames are not included. Framed room photos are styling ideas only.

How are the prints made and shipped?

Each print is produced to order by our production partner Prodigi as a giclée print on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper and shipped white-label: 4x6 and 8x10 prints ship flat, 11x14 prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube. US orders are printed in the USA.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 3-5 business days. US delivery usually takes 1-5 business days after that, and Australia orders take about 7-10 business days.

How do I choose the designs for The Signature Trio?

Pick your three designs from the drop-down menus on the Signature Trio listing before you add it to your cart: Tiger, Peony, Koi (Carp), Ink River, Moon Jar or Dancheong. We print exactly the three you choose.

Do you use AI in your designs?

Yes. Our designs are created with the help of AI tools and art-directed by our studio. Every listing notes this.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Because every print is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your print arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you.

What do I get with a digital download?

Printable listings give you five high-resolution JPG files (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 and ISO A ratios) to download right after purchase from your Etsy Purchases page. Nothing is shipped. Print at home on matte paper or at any local or online print shop; the files print sharply up to about 16 x 24 in. For personal use only.
