Add every program once and the spreadsheet tells you which invites still need an answer, counts down to each reply-by date, lists your next interviews, reminds you about thank-you notes and adds up what the season costs. After each interview, score the program on what matters to you and get a suggested rank order to start your rank list from.

WHAT IS INSIDE
- Programs: up to 80 programs. Specialty, city, signal sent, status from applied to ranked, invite date, reply-by date with a countdown (amber at 3 days left, red at 1 day left), interview date, in person or virtual, thank-you sent and notes.
- Scoring: 6 criteria (program fit, location, residents and culture, training and cases, schedule and wellness, gut feeling). Give each a weight from 1 to 5, score each program 1 to 5, and get a score out of 100 and a suggested rank. Rename the criteria to your own. A column for your own final rank.
- Costs: travel, lodging, meals and other costs for each interview, plus application fees and extras like interview clothes.
- Dashboard: programs applied, interview invites and invite rate, invites to answer and the next reply-by date, interviews ahead, thank-you notes still to send, programs scored, money spent, average cost of an in-person interview, the invite and interview lists, your top 10 by score and a count for every status.
